RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and manage research strategies and plans for the organization • Plan and implement research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting • Monitor and evaluate research progress and ensure timely completion of projects • Analyze research data to identify trends and patterns • Develop and maintain relationships with research partners • Manage research budgets and resources • Prepare reports and presentations on research findings • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 3+ years of research experience • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills PREFERRED SKILLS: • Experience in data analysis and interpretation • Knowledge of research methods and techniques • Knowledge of relevant software and tools • Ability to interpret and analyze data from various sources • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work in a team environment
